Acquisition and deal sourcing is limited to identifying potential targets, preliminary sourcing and opportunity assessment, and facilitating connections. Veil does not claim licensed broker status and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, underwriting, or transaction representation.

Financing introductions and other exploratory partner-related areas are not promises of established in-house capabilities, provider availability, eligibility, or approval. Providers set their own terms. You are responsible for independent diligence and obtaining qualified professional advice.
