1. Who we are

Veil Solutions is a New York-based B2B growth, partnerships, and operations solutions company serving businesses nationally.

2. Inquiry drafts, not submissions

The current growth and partner inquiry forms prepare a draft in your browser. They do not submit information to Veil Solutions, save it to a company database, or send an email automatically. Information entered is held in the page's temporary state and is lost when you leave or reload the page.

If you copy a draft, it is placed on your device's clipboard. If you download it, it is saved to your device. Where a company email is configured, opening an email draft passes your text to your chosen email application. You decide whether to send it; your email provider's policies apply.

3. Information you may choose to share

A draft can include your name, work email, organization, areas of interest, and an optional note. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account details, confidential deal materials, or third-party information you are not authorized to share.

4. Information received directly

If you later send an inquiry to an established Veil contact channel, the information may be used to respond, assess fit, and discuss services or a partnership. Providing an inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Details of an engagement and its data handling should be agreed separately before work begins.

5. Hosting, fonts, and technical information

This website does not add advertising trackers or store inquiry data in cookies or browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may process routine technical information such as IP addresses and request details for security and delivery. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical requests from your browser under its own privacy policy.

6. Sharing and retention

The draft forms do not share your information with referral partners. Any information received outside these forms should be shared only for an appropriate purpose and with permission where required. Keep downloaded or copied drafts secure and delete them when no longer needed.

7. Your choices and questions

You can leave the form without preparing a draft, clear its fields, or choose not to send an email. If you have communicated with Veil directly, you may request clarification, correction, or deletion through the same verified contact channel, subject to applicable obligations.

A dedicated company privacy email has not yet been provided. The contact page accurately reflects the current draft-only inquiry option; it is not a channel for submitting a privacy request.

8. Changes

This policy should be updated before enabling stored submissions, analytics, marketing tools, or other information-processing features.
